Museo Tebaldi

In 2014 a permanent museum dedicated to the great lyrical singer Renata Tebaldi has been officially opened in Busseto, Parma.
The venue is breath-taking, located inside the ancient stables building of Palazzo Pallavicino (17th Century). I curated the artistic project, striving to establish a new relationship between the traditional concept of such an establishment and a more contemporary mood. Geometrical, multi-colourred shapes on the walls reconnect with the ancient mural painting technique, offering a map of the progress through the exhibition. The overarching idea was to create an emotional, involving experience for the visitors discovering the narration concerning this great lyrical artist.
